How it all started
Yumbird, Inc. was established in March 2015 by a group of enthusiasts who believe that millions of people, both food consumers and home cooks, can benefit from a platform that directly connects people who cook at home with those who don't.
We have carefully weighed many factors that influence eating habits of our busy society, and came to a conclusion that the time is ripe for creating a mobile platform to help people buy and sell quality home cooked food.
What we believe
We believe that eating together at home is one of the best traditions on Earth, no matter what culture or age you look at.
Where else do families or friends feel so good and relaxed together, so true and close to each other? Only at the beautifully or simply set table, cozy and safe at home, with food they like, music they enjoy, and people they love.
We believe that we, together, can help preserve this wonderful tradition.

We live in a world of sharing and giving: we share news, pictures, rides, status updates, likes, comments, and feelings... However, almost all of this sharing is virtual. You can "like" your friend's post, but you can't taste it.

Lots of people have time and skills to cook great food at home. Many of them dream of starting their own culinary business, but can't afford the base cost. Lots of people would love to have home cooked food on their table, but don't have time or skills cook everyday.
